Whilst there are a couple of USA stores selling Normans videos they are mostly the above video from Great Britain and so are still PAL video. Here is a NTSC VHS Video of The Night They Raided Minsky's in which Norman starred.

If you are having trouble finding copies of his work, then I'd try asking on a relevant USENET group (for example alt.vhs.tape-trading). You could use the famous Google.com Search engine to do a quick USENET search. Try this Google link for example or even this one.

Of course you can also try an online auction site like eBay for people selling old VHS recordings as people move onto DVD.
